I’m a certified personal trainer and will work with you one-on-one, and will help you get the results you want fast.

You don’t need any expensive exercise equipment to take advantage of my at-home personal training program. I bring along everything you need to get slimmer, fitter, stronger, and feel more healthy and energetic.

You’ll also get help with Meal Planning, which is an additional service I provide. You’ll have your very own Health/Fitness Coach to support you.   All you need is the right attitude, and a desire to get fit!

My at-home fitness training programs usually include stretching routines, aerobic exercise, resistance training and joint mobility exercises.  My fitness programs are tailor-made to suit your individual requirements, so you’re not exercising with someone else’s goals in mind. That makes your fitness program that much more effective. At-home personal training is no longer unaffordable. In the Philadelphia area, my at-home personal training sessions are available for as little as $60 or $65 per session depending on the exercise program you choose. Meal Plans and Nutritional Services are priced according to plan which is determined after consultation.
